Basketbol oynayan veya kayak yapan ki\u015filerde s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc ani y\u00f6n de\u011fi\u015ftirme y\u0131rt\u0131\u011f\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck nedenlerden biridir.
